Subject: Cruise with Grand Getaways

Janice is a KEEPER! She worked very closely with us (2 couples cruising together) last year to make sure that we received the best rate, the best cabin location, dining arrangements, etc. She definitely did a GREAT JOB of hand-holding us through the entire process. We were so happy with the treatment that we received that we (the 2 couples again) booked another 7 day cruise through Janice for next month. Again she came through with flying colors to make sure that we received the best cabin (deck and location) for the price.

I am a Director of a $2 Billion Company and know how difficult it is to find and keep quality talent in a seemingly shrinking employment pool these days. As I said earlier, Janice is a keeper and I hope that she will be rewarded for her fine efforts.
