Dear Tammy and Jamie, Please forgive this way-too informal communication, but I wanted to send you both a HUGE thank you from me and my entire family.

Our weekend at the Majestic Mountain Pool Lodge was absolutely fantastic, and the Majestic Mountain crew was so wonderful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Jamie, I'm sorry I didn't get to meet with you in-person, but my niece couldn't say enough good things about you. :-) Thank you for all your help above-and-beyond.

My thanks as well to Tracy and Crystal, as well as Norm, their speedy, on-the-spot maintenance expert who made it possible for us to give that monster grill a good workout. We're already looking forward to the 2011 sequel, so I'm sure I'll be back in touch before too long. Again, many thanks for a WONDERFUL experience.
